South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book i, page 23,
of the public recorcis of St. Lucie County, Florida, with the Eastern right of
way line of Melville Road thence Northerly along siad Eastern right of way
of Melville Road 75 feet to a point; thence run East a distance of 135 feet to a
point; thence run South a distance of ?5 feet to a ooint; thence run west a
distance of 135 feet to the point af beginning.

Before me, the undersigned authority personally appeared
David B. Douglas that upon being duly cautioned and sworn, did depose
and say ; that he is a personal acquaintance of James H. Blanton who appears
as grantor in that certain Warranty Deed dated March 29, 1972, recorded in
OR Book 203, page 248 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
conveying subject property to Blanton & Wood Construction, Inc. , wherein
the notary failed to reflect the celibacy status of the said James H. Blanton;
that as a personal acquaintance of James H. Blanton and having knowledge of
his r~arital status on the date of said deed, I can say in truth and in fact that
