Before me, the undersigned authority, duly qualified and acting,
personally appeared FREDA S. BOWERS, to me well known who, after being
by me duly cautioned and sworn, upon oath deposes and says:
1. Affiant was married to GEORGE R. BOWERS on June 23, 1934,
and that she was continuously married to him unril the date of his death on
~ December 1, 1959.
2. By Agreement dated December 3, 1956, Affiant and husband,
GEORGE R. BOWERS, entered into a Parrnership Agreement with E. J.
LUIPPOLD and ERNA LUIPPOLD wherein, for the sake of canvenience.
GEORGE R. BOWERS and AFFIANT took title to the following described
property : -

Lots 3 and 8, Block 8, Unit Three, Fort
Pierce Shores Subdivision, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 19,
! Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

; by Warranty Deed dated June 15, 1953, recorded June 18, 1953, in Deed

~ Book 182, page 587, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 3. That said property was partnership property when conveyed.
