Gentlemen:
In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, ~mprave, add
to, change the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, t~im and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that mighi endanger or interfere.with_ said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:

I Township 34 South - Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, run south along the east
~ line of said West 2 of the NW4 a distance of 157.04 feet to the southerly line
~ of a 100-foot right-of-way for the Turnpike Feeder Road; thence r.un south-
' westerly along said right-of-way line a distance of 2440 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the centerline of a 10-foot wide easement, the centerline of which ~3~;
is described as follows:
From said Point of Beginning, deflect left an angle of 96040' and run a
southwesterly a distance of 865 feet, more or less, to the end of the easement.
