AMENDED CLAIM OF LIEN ~4~S12

COUNTY OF BROWARD
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared RICHARD W. RIDDLE who, being duly sworn, says:
1. That he is a practicing attorney in Ft. Lauder-
dale with offices at 2810 East Ocean Lake Blvd., and is
the attorney for PJP, Inc., whose address is 1020 N.E.
44th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
~ 2. That on February 23, 1972, as attorney for the
~ said PJP, Inc., he filed a claim of lien against the
~ following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
From the intersection of the E-W 1/4 section Iine
~ and the centerline of U.S. Highway #1, in Sec. 22,
Township 35 S., Range 40 E,.run E 40 feet to the
~ East right-of-way of U.S. Highway #1; thence run
~ South along said right-of-way 1403.2 feet to the
a~y~ = point of beginning; thence continue South 400
~ ~ feet; thence run East parallel with the 1/4
y~_~.W
"=o~~ section line 400 feet; thence run North parallel
r~°-~~: N with U.S. Highway #l, 400 feet; thence run West
a~y~ ~ parallel with the 1/4 section line 400 feet to
u~j~ W~ the point of beginning; less the West 83 feet. ~
~ a/k/a: Fields Plaza, U.S. Highway ~Z at Savailnah
Q Road, Ft. Pierce, Fl.orida.
3. That said claim of lien was recorded in O.R.
Book 200 et page 122 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
4. That said claim of lien included the cost of
various materials supplied by Peninsular Supply Company
and Carns Concrete Pipe Company in the amount of $14,397.99
which have now been paid for by B& B Construction Company
of Ohio, Inc.,. general contractor on the job.
5. That he hereby amends the aforesaid claim of
lien so that the total value of labor and materials supplied
to the aforesaid general contractor at the above property
is now in the amount of $4,642.01
6. That~the aforesaid claim of lien is in all other
respec~s hereby ratified and confirmed.
