DEPOSIT OF CONTRACTOR TO UISCHARGE LIEN OF SUBCONTRACTOR

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, PJP, INC., has filed with the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, an Amended
Claim of Lien dated October 31, 1972, and recorded in O.R.
Book ~D ~ at page in the amount of FOUR THOUSAND
SIX HUNDRED FORTY TWO and O1/100 DOLLARS ($4,642.01) against
certain r~al property owned by FORT PIERCE FIELDS PLAZA, a
joint venture composed of Melvin F. Sembler; Fred A. Beshara;
Albert L. Dangler; and Nicholas Manos, situated in St. Lucie
County, Florida, and on which are located certain improve-

ments constructed under a contract between the owners and ~

B& B CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF OHIO, INC., as general con- ~
~
tractor, which real property is more specifically described '
as follows:
From the intersection of the E-W 1/4 section line ~
and the centerline of U.S. Highway ~1, in Sec. 22,
Township 35 S., Range 40 E, run E 40 feet to the
East right-of-way of U.S. Highway #1; thence run
South along said right-of-way 1403.2 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue south 400
feet; thence run East parallel with the 1/4
section line 400 feet; thence run North parallel-
with U.S. Highway ~1, 400 feet; thence run West
parallel with the 1/4 section line 400 feet to
the point of beginning, less the West 83 feet.
WHEREAS, B& B CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF OHIO, INC.,
desires to transfer said lien from said real property to a
deposit pursuant to the provisions of Section 713.24,
Florida Statutes
, NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises,
B& B CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF OHIO, INC., has deposited
with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, the sum of $5,577.57. The condition of this
deposit is such that if B& B.CONSTRUCTION COMPANY shall ~

well and truly pay any judgment or decree which may be '
