and the centerline of U.S. Highway #1, in Sec. 22,
Township 35 S., Range 40 E, run E 40 feet to the
East right-of-way of U.S. Highway #1; thence run
South along said right-of-way 1403.2 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue South 400
feet; thence run East parallel with the 1/4
section line 400 feet; thence run North parallel
, with U.S. Highway #1, 400 feet; thence run West
parallel with the 1/4 section line 400 feet to
the point of beginning, less the West 83 feet.
has been transferred to a deposit in the amount of $5,577.57
by B& B CONSTRUCTIQN COMPANY OF OHIO, INC., and that said
deposit is substituted for said Amended Claim of Lien upon
the above described land.
