SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
Know all men by these presents that P. & T. Davis
Investment Company, the assignee of a mortgage executed by

a California corporation, and W. Thomas Davis and M. Philip
Davis, dated March 11, 1966, recorded June 13, 1966 in Official
Records Book 230, pages 428-430, as assigned to Greenvine Corp.,
by assignment dated September 1, 1966, recorded October 28,
1966 in Official Records Book 240, page 310; as further assigned
to P. & T. Davis Investment Company, by assignment dated September
2, 1966, recorded October 28, 1966 in Official Records Book 240,
page 312, public records of IndiaR F.iver county, Florida to secure a
certain indebtedness of $101,701.39 and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage does hereby acknowledge
i the receipt of full payment and complete satisfaction of said
~ note and all promises and obligations secured by said mortgage
~ and hereby directs the clerk of St. Lucie County, Florida to
~ cancel said mortgage of record.
