SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
Know all men by these presents that Kenneth Waggener and
Winifred Waggener, his wife, the mortgagees of a mortgage executed
by Donald P. McDonnell and Marilynne J. McDonnell to Kenneth
Waggener and Winifred Waggener, his wife, on July 1, 1967 and
recorded Decembe-r 15, 1967, in Official Records Volume 169,
page 1740, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,to secure
a certa~n indebtedness of $37,706 and certain promises and obli- ;
gations set forth in said mortgage do hereby acknowledge the '
receipt of full payment and complete satisfaction of said note ~
and all promises and obligations secured by said mortgage and
hereby direct the clerk of St. Lucie County, Florida, to cancel
said mortgage of record.
