PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, JACQUELINE H. REMMERSWAAL by Indenture of
Mortgage dated the 6th day of January, A.D. 1966. and re-
corded in the office of the Clerk o£ the Circuit Court in
and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in O.R.
Book Z35, Page 456, granted and conveyed unto WALTER LEE
CARLTON and assigns the premises therein particularly de-
- scribed, to secure the payment of the sum of Thirty Thous-
and and 00/100ths ($30,000.00) Dollars, with interest as
therein mentioned; -
AND WHEREAS THE SAID WALTER LEE CARLTON requested, the
-said JACQUELINE H. REMMERSWAAL to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortqaged premises,
from the lien and operation of said Mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said JACQUELINE H.
REMMERSWAAL as well in consideration of the premises as of
the sum of Ten and 00/100ths ($10.00) dollars and other
valuable considerations to her in hand paid by the said
WALTER LEE CARLTON at the time of execution hereof, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and opera-
tion of said mortgage unto the said'WALTER LEE CARLTON, heirs
and assigns, aZl that piece, parcel or tract of land,.being
a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
The North 660 feet of the East 785 feet of the NE I/4
of the SE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 36 South, Range
37 East, less the East 125 ~feet for Flood Control right-
of-way in St. Lucie County, FZorida.
THIS IS A CORRECTIVE PARTZAI. RELEASE OF MORTGAGE, given
to correct that certain partial release of mortgage
recorded in O.R. Book 202 at page 1024.
TO HAVE-AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the said WALTER LEE CARLTON and assigns, forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage
