KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That an Agreement made betveert TROPICANA PRODUCTS, INC. a
corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, referred to as Buyer and
uOLDE~I GROVES referred to as Grower, bearing date the 18th day of

the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
for the purchase of fruit from tiie groves situate in said State and County described as
follows, to-wit:
AS DESCRIBED IN A$ONE-MENPIONED INSTRUMEATf
hereby acknowledge full payment, satisfaction and cancellation of said contract and surrender
the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the
same of record.
