THIS ~VARRANTY DEED made this 5th day of Octaber,
2416 4 19,2, by MATILDA E. DEUCHLER, widow, hereinafter called the
grantor, to LORRAINE D. SQUIRES and DORIS E. KYMER, as Tenants
in Common, whose mailing address is 36 Fairview Drive, East
Hanover, New Jersey, hereinafter called the grantee:
(Note: Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this instrument
and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of

BEGINNING at a stake on the North line of a tract
~ of land formerly owned by Thomas E. Hibben, and
! at the water line of St. Lucie Sound, 940 feet
North of Section line dividing Sections 4 and 9;
thence run South 67 degrees West along the North
line of said Hibben's tract, later the property
i~ of R. J. Richards, to the right of wayo uf the
F. E. C. Ry.; run thence Northwesterly along the
East line of said right of way some 5.20 chains

to the South line of a tract of land bought by
, C. A. Robinson, from W. F. Richards; thence run
~ North 67 degrees East alonq the South line of
the tract bought from Richards and along the
Ei South line of the Church Lot to the water's edge
