BEING the same lands and premises conveved to the
party of the first part by deed from James J. Barnes and Anna
M. Barnes, his wife, to Harold C. Deuchler and Matilda E.

Deuchler,~his wife, dated May 17, 1955 and recorded in the
Clerk's Office of St. Lucie County on May 21, 1955 in Book 1
' I 201 of Deeds for said County, at page 951-452.

The said Harold C. Deuchler died a resident of Summit,
~ Union County, New Jersey on the 3rd day of October, 1958. ~
TOGETHER, with aIl the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

~ TO~HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
f AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee

that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;

~ that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell

j and convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants
~ the title to said land and will defend the same against the law-
