THIS WARRANTY DEED made this lst day of October, 1972, by
and between GEORGE A. GLEASON and ELAINE T. GLEASON, husband and
wife, whose Post Office address is 3195 Broadway, Gary, Indiana,
Grantor, party of the First Part, and JAN2IG GLEASON CORPORATION,
Grantee, whose Post Office Address is 3195 Broadway, Gary, Indiana,
46409, Party of t2ie Second Part.
WITNFSSETH:
That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars and otner good and valuable considerations,
to it in hand paid by the party ofthe Second Part, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained ano sold to
said Party of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, the
following described real estate and rights and interests as set
forth below and in real property located and situate in the County
of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to-wit:

in said Declaration of Condominium.
' The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and
be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors
of the grantee and the grantor does warrant the title to all the ,
premises hereby conveyed, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
