THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 3Qth day of Qct b_r

hereinafter called the Grantor, to -

include and bind all parties to this instrument, their sucCessors,

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the

hereby covenants with said Grantee that it is lawfully seized of said land
