SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; That DONALD JOHNSON
as Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America,
SUCCSSSOR TO J. S. Q.BASON, JR. whose address
is Veterans Administration., Washington 25, D. C., holder and owner of that certain
mortgage deed executed by Carl Lignoski, Jr. aad Mary Schaub Lignoski, his vife
to J. S. Gleason~ Jr., as Administrator of Yeterans Affairs,
bearing date the 6th day of Septenber , A.ll, 19 63 ,
recorded in Official Record Book 70 Pages 106 to 109 ,
inclusive, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, has received full payment of said note
and indebtednesa, and does hereby acknowledge full satisfaction and cancellation
of said note and mortgage, and hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to
cancel of record said mortgage deed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Administrator of Veterans Affairs has caused
these presents to be executed in his name on this llth day of
October , A.D. 19 72 , by his Attorney in Fact, hereunto duly
authorized under PoWer of Attorney and Delegation of Authority dated 6/2Ss/69 ,
and recorded in 0. R. Book I80 , at Page 2052 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, FZorida.
