In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. Ali rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors a~d assigns of the Mortgagor a~d Mortgagee. ;
