KNOW ALL MEN BY THFSE PRESENTS : NoY I~ ~ 2z PM ~'Z
WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Ine., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "rlorCgagor", by Inden-
ture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, ~.'est Palm Beach, Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "Mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
~of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein;
AND t~HEREAS, the said rlortgagor has requested the said Mort-
gagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being a part
of said mortgaged premises, fro~ the lien and operation of said
Mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the
sum of TF.N ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable considera-
tions to it in hand pafd, the receipt of w~ich is hereby acknow-
ledged, does renise, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises con-
veyed by said Mortgage, more particularly described as follows:

of
VENTURE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER, INC., a Condominium, as the
same appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit~Court, St. I.ucie
County, Florida, in Plat Book 16, Page 24, to which said
place specific reference is hereby made for a more complete
description of the premises.
TO HAVE AhD TO HOLb the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
Mortgagor, its successors and assign~ iorever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the Zien of said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein
cantained sha11 in anywise impair, alter ar diminish the effect
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining
~ortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
