rhe laws of ihe United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Edward P. Falter and
Anna R. Falter, his wife,
dated August 19 , 1961 , and recorded
~n the public recorcis of St. Lueie County, Fiorida, in O.R. Book 19 on pages
43,44 , secu~~n~ the payment of the su~, of Three thousand doilars and no/100

has received futt payment of ihe indebtec~ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit{laim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, ~nd doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of reco~d.
