As an iaducement to 3t. Lucie County Bank, Ft. Pierce, Florida (hereinafter
calted "Bank"1, to grant credit to the underaigned under a Promissory note for
the sum of $ 2178.72 dated November 13 197~r to purchase
from (hereiaafter called "Dealer"), the
promissory note of the undersigned for the sum of ~ . dated
and payable to Dealer, and in consideration thereof, the
undersigned (hereinafter cal2ed "Horrowers", jointiy and severally agr'ee that unril
said note and any cxtension or reaewal thereof and also any and all other
indebtedaesa of the Borrowers, or either of them, to Bank, whether joint or sev-
eral, heretofore or hereafter irtcurred and without segard to the nature thereof,
shati have been paid ia full or until Z1 years following tbe death of the last
survivor of the undersigned, whichever shall occur first, (a) Borrowers will pay
all taxes, asseBaments, dues at~d charges of every kind, imposed or levied, or
~ which may be impoaed or levied upon their :eal and personal property prior to
the time when any af such taxes. aesesements, dues or charges ahall become
delinquent, and (b) Borrowers wilt not. withuut the consent in writiag of Bank
firet had and obtained.. (1) Create or pernut any lien or other encumbrances
(other than presently existing liena aad liens securing the payment of loans and
advances made to them by Bank) to exist on their property, real or personal, now
owned or hereafter acquired, or (2) trarlsfer~ aell, hypothecate, asaign or in any
manner whatever dispoae of the said property, or any interest therein, including
specifically, but without Iimitation, the following deecribed real property,
situated in the County of St . Lucie ..itate of Florida:

It is further agreed and understood that if defautt be made in the performance
of aay of the terma hereof, or of any instrument executed by Borrowere ia conn-
ectioa herewith, or in the payment of any indebtedneas ar obligation of Borrowers
now or hereafter owing to Bank, Bank may, at its election, in addition to all other
remedies and rights which it may have by law, declare the entire remaining un-
paid principal and interest of any such obligationa or indebtedness then remaining
unpaid to the Bank due and payable forthwith.
Borrower hereby assigns to Bank a21 moneys due or to become due to Borrower
as rental or otherwise for or on account of such real property, reserving unto
Borrower the right to collect ar~d retain any such moaeys prior to Borrower's
' default under the terms of the Ioan described ab .
It is further agreed and understood that Bank y, in discretion, and is here-
by authorized and permitted by Borrowers this rument to be record-
