Grantor, with its principle office locate~ at Route 1, Jensen Beach,
Florida 33457, the fee simple Title Owner of the following described
real property, to-wit:

along the west line of said Section 12 for a distance .

ginning of th~ following described road easement; thence

feet to the westerly right of way of State Road A-l
