is Veterans Administration, Washington 25, D. C., holder and owner of that certain
mortgage deed executed by EDDIE M. JUNFS, JR. and NANCY ALICE JQ~IES, his wife
to J. S. GLEASOiN, JR., ADMINISTRATOR OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS
bearing date the 2nd day of March , A.D, 19~~,
recorded in Official Records Book 31 Pages 14 to 17 ,
inclusive, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of ST. L?tGIE
County, Florida, has received full payment of said note
and indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge full satisfactian and canceliation
of said note and mortgage, and hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to
cancel of record ssid mortgage deed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Administrator of-Veterans Affairs has caused
these presents to be executed in his name on this 30th day of
October , A.D. 19 72 , by his Attorney in Fact, hereunto duly
authorized under Power of Attorney and Delegation of Authority dated June 24. 196~
