In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have received, I/we and tho9e holding through me/us, grant and g+ve to you and your successors an easement
for the constn.~ction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits anci appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep ctear all trees, bn~sh and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, wer, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
