THIS APiENDMENT to the Ninety-Ninc~ 1'ear Lease, recorded in
Official Record Book 197, page 1531, St. Lucie County, Florida, initially .
between FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as Trustee, and now assigned
to FT. PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORP., a Florida corporation, as Lessor, and
COLONNADES CO~DOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION N0. 5, INC., a Fl~rida non_profit
corporation ; ~
~VITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, for Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration
the receipt and sufficiency whereof are hereby acknowledged, the parties~
hereto agree that Pa~ag~aph "4`t of said lease is hereby amended to the
follo~aing extent:
1. That the Lessee hereby agrees to pay to the Lessor, or
its assigns, as rent the surr. of One Hundred Eighty Dollars ($180.00)
per month, the first such payment to be due and payable on the first
day of the month immediately succeeding the date upon which SEASCAPE III,
an eiglit (8) unit condvminium apartment building, is submitted to
eondominium a:nership by recording of Amendment to said Decla~ation of
Condominium.
2. That the Lessee hereby agrees to pay to the Lessor, or
its assigns, as rent the sum of ltvo Hundred Eighty Dollars (~280.00)
per month, the first such payment to be due and payable on the first
