. AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUI~1
17iis Amendment to the Declaration of COLONNADES CONDOMINIUM
N0. 5, a Condominium, according to the De~laration and Exhibits thereto
recorded in Official Record Book 197, pa~;e 1482, of the PUblie Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 29th day of November, 1971,
WITNESSETH:
IJHEREAS, Paragraph 17.5 of this Decla~ation of Condominium
sets forth that additional lands known as SEASCAPE III ai~d SEASCAPE IV
rr~y be stibmitted to condcxninium ownership under said Declaration of
Condominium and that said condominiums kno~an as SEASCAPE III and
SEASCAPE IV are fully completed, that said Declaration of Condominium
is hereby amended as follows:
1. A survey of the land and graphic description of the
improvements in which units of SEASCAPE III and SEASCAPE IV are
located whic}i identifies each unit by number, so that ~io unit bears
the same description as any other unit, and a plat plan thereof, all in
suffieient detail to identify the common elements and each unit and
their relative locations and approximate dimensions are attached herefio
as Exhibits B-l, B_2, B_3, B_4 and B-5.
• 2. That said SEASCAPE III and SEASCAPE IV are hereby submitted
to condominium ownershi.p pursuant to the provisions of said Declaration
of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 197, page 1482, of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and in accordance with the provisions of
Chapter 711 of the Florida Sfiatutes.
3. The aggregate percentage interest of the condominium
~
ocanership, pursuant tc Pa~ag~aph 17.5(c) of the above Declaration shall
' be 29~'~ to SEASCAPE III and 35.5~6 to SEASCAPE IV. The undivided share
in the land, other common elements and in the.common surplus which are
appurtenant to each condominium unit apartment in SEASCAPE III and
SEASCAPE IV ar~ shown an Exhibit A~ W}I1C}l is attached hereto.
4. The Certificate of a surveyor authorized to practice
in the State of Florida, certifying that suc}i material, together ~vith
the wording of the above Declaration and this Amendment, is a carrect
