5. COLONNADES CONDOr1INIU~IS ASSOCIATION N0. 5, INC., a
Florida non_profit corporation, the Lessee under the lease recorded
in Official Record Book 197, page ~531, hereby joins in the modification
and for Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, agrees
to pay to the Lessor in said lease, or its assigns, t}~e sum of Eighty
Dollars ($80.00) per month on behalf of SEASCAPE III and sum of One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month on behalf of SEASCAPE IV, effecfiive
immediately, all as rent pursuant to the tezms vf said Declaration,
Lease, E~ibits and any amendments thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Developer, FT. PIERCE CONSTRUCTION
CORP., a Florida corporation, has caused this Amendment to be executed
