L E A S E ~
HENRY G. WHITE~ the Lessor, and ALLEN R. 06TEEN, the Lesee,
each in consideration of the agreements to be-performed by the other,

hereby on this f~ ~ day of 1972, agree:
1. PROPERTY AND TERMS. The Lessor hereby leases to the
Lessee the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 7, less the east 10 feet, of Block 11,
FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book Z, page 39, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
for the term beginning at 12 :O1 A.M. on the day of ~~2, ,

1972, and ending at 11:59P.M. on the ~~~day of ~ , 1977.
2. RENT. The Lessee will pay to the Lessor as rent for -
the property leased during the term, tre total amount of $27,600.00
DOLLARS, paying that amount in the following manner: $400.00 per month
! plus any Sales Tax that may be levied on said sum, from the ~day

~ thereafter for the remainder of the term, the monthly rental shall

The first months rent of $400.00, a last mc~~.hs rent of $475.00, a
clean-up fee of $150.00 and a key deposit of $50.00 shall be given
to the Lessor upon the signing of this agreement. Said clean-up fee
and key deposit shall be returned when in the opinion of the Lessor
that said clean-up is deemed unnecessary and the keys are returned
~ by the Lessee to the Lessor.
~ 3. RENEWAL OPTION PROVISION. On or before the ~ S~ day
