10. OPTION TO PURCHASE. If the parties further agree:
That in the event Lessor desires to sell the aforementioned premises
during the term of this lease he shall so advise the Lessee in
writing and shall give the said Lessee the minimum figure at which
said propert~C is to be sold, and the said Lessee shall be given
sixty (60) days from the date of siad written notice within to accept
or reject said offer, provided however, Lessee will include Lots 5,
6, and 7, of Block 11, Fort Pierce Heights and improvements thereon.
The Lessee covenants with the Lessor that he will consent
to make no alterations, additions to said premises without the ~
written consent shall not be reasonably withheld; to indemnify and
save Lessor from any harm whatsoever and against any loss or damage or
liability by or arising from the rent of the premises heretofore described.
