TO: The Defendants named above and all others whom it may concern:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
above-named Plaintiff against the Defendants named above on the 15th
day of November, 1972, in the above-entitled Court, involving a fore-
closure of a mortgage on the property described below, situate, lyinq.
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 6, of Block B, of the REVISED PLAT OF COBB'S
PARK, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8,
at page 54, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The relief sought as to that property is to foreclose a
mortgage owned and held by the Plaintiff encumbering said property,
which mortgage is superior to the interest claimed therein by the above
Defendants, and such further.relief as may be appropriate. ,
Please govern yourselves accordingly. .
