, ~ MODIFICATION OF FLORIDA MORTGAGE DEED

This is a modification of a Florida Mortgage Deed executed
June 4, 1971 by and between OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., a
Tennessee Corporation, (hereinafter called "Mortgagor") and
CONTINENTAL MORTGAGE INVESTORS, a Massachusetts B~ssiness Trust, (here-
inafter called "Mortgagee").
~~ITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Mortgagor has heretofore executed and delivered to
rtortgagee a certain Promissory Note dated June 4, 1971, in the
original principal sum of Three Million Five Hnndred Thousand and
00/100 Dollars ($3,500,000.00), and as security for the indebtedness
evidenced thereby executed and delivered to Mortgagee a certain
Florida Mortgage Deed (hereinafter called the "Florida Mortgage Deed")
of even date with said Note, and
WNEREAS, said Florida Mortgage Deed has been recorded in
the Public Records of Polk County, F~orida on June 30, 1971 in r•3

1019, and

= WHEREAS, Mortgagor has borrowed an additional $429,644 ~
~ ~
from Mortgagee and has signed a Promissory Note of even date with _

~ this riodification to evidence said additional indebtedness, and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor and Mortgagee have agreed to extend the
Florida Mortgage Deed dated June 4, 1971, to secure said additional
indebtedness.

~ good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

~ :iortgagor and ~iortgagee agree that the Florida Mortgage Deed is extended

to secure the additional indebtedness of Mortgagor to Mortgagee ~n the

~mn•~nt of S429,644 evidenced b}~ a certain Promossory Note of even date
