1972, by BINNEY PROPERTIES, INC. , a corporation existing under the laws of
the State of Florida, and having its principal place of business at Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called the grantor, to BEN L. BRYAN, JK. , Trustee.

along the southerly right-of-way line of Canal C-25, on a
circular curve, concave to the North, of 665.0 foot radius,
through a Central Angle of 10 deg. 50 min. 53 sec. (Chord
Bearing, North 76 deg. I3 min. 02 sec. East), an arc distance
of 125.9 feet, to an iron pipe on the centerZine of right-of-
