interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the following
deseribed lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of

14, being also the South boundary of Outlot 35 and 16 according
to Sheen's Survey of ~Vhite City in Section 4, Township 36
South, Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, at page
23, c~f the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
