SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That DONALD E. JOHNSON
as Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America,
Successor to J. S. Gleason, Jr. whose address
is Veterans Administration, Washington 25, D. C., holder and owner of that certain
mortgage deed executed by GEPiiE D. GRIFFY and LILLIAN S. GRIFFY, his wife
to J. S. GLEASON, JR., ADMIAIISTRATOR OF VETERANS' AFFAZRS
bearing date the lOth day of _ Au~ust , A.D, 19 62 ,
recorded in Officia Records Book 42 Pages 524 to 527 ,
inclusive, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of ST. LUCIE
County, Florida, has received full payment of said note
and indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge full satisfaction and cancellation
of said note and mortgage, ared hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to
cancel of record said mortgage deed.
IN WITNESS WNEREOF, said Administrator of Veterans Affairs has caused
these presents to be executed in his name on this 30th day of
October , A.D. 19 72 , by his Attorney in Fact, hereunto duly
authorized under Power of Attorney and Delegation of Authority dated June 24, 196~
