THIS WARRANTY DEED , made the / 7' ~ day of November , A.
D. 1972 by VACHON CITRUS COMPANY, A F or~a Corporation, herein-
after'called the Grantor, to EARLE T. FIELD, JR. and THERESA M.
FIELD, his wife, GASTON J. VACHON and RITA VACHON, his wife, and
LILLIAN LANGEL, whose post office address is: Route 4, Box
608-A, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuab le considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknawledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
