Box 900, Ft. Pierce, Florida, being duly sworn says that
in pursuance of a contract with JAMES P. FOSTER and DOROTHY
L. FOSTER, his wife. 306 Diane Drive, Cheraw, South Carolina
he performed and furnished the following, abort services
and materials:
Built a shop buildinq and otherwise
improved the hereinafter described
property pursuant to a contract entered into
in July of 1966 performing labor
and placing materials upon said property
as is more particularly set out on
the attached sheet, said property
being located in St. Lucie County,
Florida and more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at Dhe NW corner of the NE~ of
Section 17, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, run .
South along the quarter section line, 1345.60
feet to a point; thence Easterly 41.68 feet to
the East right-of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1
and the point of beqinning; thence continue Easterly
794.30 feet to a point on the West right of way
Iine of Old Dixie Highway (State Road 605), thence
Northwesterly alonq the west right of way line of
Old Dixie Highway, 200 feet; thence westerly to
the East right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1;
thence Southeasterly along said Easterly right of
way 200 feet to the point of beginning.
owned by DOROTHY L. FOSTER whose interest in such real
property is fee simple.
~ Affiant further says that the last item of labor, services
and materials was performed and furnished on October 5, 1972
and that there is unpaid the amount of $14,574.20 for which
amount he claims a lien on the real property herein described.
