9. The grantee, his lessee or family is given permission to
use for fishing or bathing or boating the I,akes and Canals as
shown on Plat of Lakewood Park, But Grantee m~p not construct any-;
' thing extending into or over the waters of the canals or lakes. ,
~~To Boats shall be anchored off shore in the canals or lakes, and
when not in use shall be kept as closely adjacent to the ~ank as
safety allows to the end that navigation of the waterwa4ps will not~
be impeded. Ar~y use of the canals or lakes shall be at the sole
~ and abso?ute risk of the person so using.

ization whose purpose it is to provide for the welfare of Lakewood~
~ Park. All purchasers of residence praperty arE to be automatic=
~ ` ally entitled to membership and voting rights in an association
of Owners to be formed for the purpose of enf rcing the convenants

- shall be entitled to equal rights in the use of streets, park areas,
