ii 14. The Grantor reserves to itself the roads and ways shown s

'15. For the breach of ar~y of the above restrictions, the ~
~Grantor shall be entitled to apply for relief by injunction in
addition to ar~y other remed~y and failure of the Grantor to enforce '

=;do so thereafter as to the same, a prio~, or subsequent breach, ~
