The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and execution of this
Acknowledq?nent and Ratification by Grantee, acknowledges receipt of copies of the
ueclaration of Condocainium described above, including the provisiona of all of its
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
furtl:csr hereby ratify, confirm and approve a21 of said provisions ti»cluding the
WINDMILL ViLLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CEI~JTER LEASE as filed for record in Official
Records Book 189 on pages 1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Flarida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of f~IINW~lILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA
CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 11SSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in making
and entering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said pro-
visionsj the Grantee acknowledqes and aqrees that all of said provisions are reasonab2e,
fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien.upon the land and re~al property
described above, as security for hfs obligations, as described fn safd Decl~ration of
Condominiwn and its exhibitst and the Grantee acknawledqes and agrees that said
Dec2aration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representati.ons and iaduce~aents
concerning the purchase by the Grantee~f tha land and real property described above.
