~nstance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successo~s, legal ~epresentatives, a~d assigns, including all sub-
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
singular and/or ptu~al, and the masculine and ~or feminine and the natu?al and/or art;ficial persons, wheneve~ and
wherever the context so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and COAAMUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the U~ited States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which te~m as used in every instance shall include the Mongagee's successors, lega! representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part. =
WITNESSETH, Yhat for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, he~einafter deuribed, the Mortgagor dces grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following deu~ihed
