the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Clinton C. Carroll and
~tary Alyne Carroll, his wife,
dated March 21, 19'72 , and recorded
in the public retords of St. Lucie County, Fiorida, in O.R. Book 201 on pages
3~4 , securin~ the payment of the sum of Fifteen thousand dollars and no/100-------------

covering property in tfie County of St . Lucie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteciness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all ~ight, tiile and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
