also be secured by this mortga~e.
3. To ca~omit, per~it, or suffer no r+aste, impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged property.
4. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the Hortgagee because of failure of the Mortgagor to
comply Nith the aqreeraents in that note or this mortgage, including reasonable attorneys' fees and titTe
searches. The cost th~reof, Hith interest thereon from t6e day of payQent at the same rate as specified
in that note. shall also be secured by this mortgage.
; 5. lf any paynent provided for in that note is not paid Hithin 30 days after it becomes due, or if
~ a~y agreera~nt in this nortgage other than the agreerent to R~ake the payments is breached, the entire unpaid
: principal balance of tfiat note shall ir,rsdiately becane due at the option of the Nortgagee and Mortgagee may
~ foreclose this nortgage in the manner provi~ed by laN, and have the a~ortgaged property sold to satisfy or
~ apply on the indebtedness hereby secured.
~ 6. The rents and profits of the mortgag~d property are also hereby mortgaged and if proceedings to
a foreclose this rortgage shall Ge instituLed, the court having jurisdictian thereof Should appoint a receiver
~ of the r,?ortgaged proaerty and apply those rents and profits to the indebtedness hereby secured, regardless
g of the solve~cy of the t:ortgagcr or the adequacy of the security.
