AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION
OF RESTRICTIONS AFFECTING 242539 ~
SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT THREE
WHEREAS, General Development Corporation,~a Delaware Corporation authorized to
transact business in Florida, herein called "GENERAL", is the record owner of a
majority of the Lots in SOUTH PORT ST LUCIE UNIT THREE, a subdivision in St.
Lucie County, Florida, according to the plat thereof r~corded in Plat Book 12,
Page 4 of the Public Records of St. Lucie, Florida herein called "UNIT THREE",
and
WHEREAS, a Declaration of Restrictions, dated November 25, 1960, affecting UNIT
TNREE herein called "DECLARATION, was filed in Deed Book 263, Page 334 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and '

WHEREAS, Paragraph 16 of the DECLARATION provides that the DECLARATION may be 1
amended by an instrument signed by a majority of the record owners of the lots
in UNIT THREE; and~~~ -
WHEREAS, GENERAL desires to amend the DECLARATION as set forth below:
NOW, THEREFORE, the DECLARATION is amended by the addition of the followin~:
19. Anything in this DECLARATION notwithstanding, a parking lot may be
constructed on Lots 1 and 2 of Block 16 in UNIT THREE
Except as herein set forth, the DECLARATION is confirnied, ratified and reimposed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GENERAL has caused these presents to be executed by its
proper officers and its Corporate seal to be affixed this 16th day of November,
1972. _
