Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida
(Chapter 711, et seq. 1965) said description in this Hpy 9 Z? ~'71
conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all
appur`~ nances to the condominium parcel above desc~ri~ed, z~~59
including the limited common elements assigned thereto,
and including the undivided interest in the common
elements of said Condominium.
And being the same property conveyed to Robert G. Edmunds in that certain instrument
dated February 22, 1967, recorded in Official Records 6ook 171, Page 2363 of the -
Pub]ic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME together with all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest, lien, equity, and claim whatsoever of the said first party, either in
law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof af the said second
Qarty forever.
