PARTTAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
WILLIAM C. SCHI~lIDT, the holder of the mortgage executed by
ROGER L. TOFFOLON, as Trustee, to WILLIAM C. SCF-A~IIDT, dated March
24, 1969, and recorded in Official Records Book 176, page 1286,
etc., public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the holder
of the mortgage executed by ROGER L. TOFFOLON, as Trustee, to
WILLIAM C. SCHI~iIDT, dated April 28, 1970, and recorded in Official
Records Book 184, page 1175, ~tc., public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said mortgages having been consolidated into one
mortgage lien by the Mortgage Consolidation and Extension Agree-
ment entered into between WILLIAM C. SCHI~IIDT and ROGER L. TOFFOLON~
as Trustee, dated April 24, 1970, and recorded in Official Records
Book 184, page 1178, etc.~ public records of St. Lucie County~
Florida, in consideration of the sum of $23,638.90 , in hand paid
by ROGER L. TOFFOLON, as Trustee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this 20Th day of November , 1972, re-
leases from the lyen of.the aforesaid mortgages, as consolidated,
the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, d~;cribed as:
PARCEL A: The South 95 feet of the North 2232.51 feet
of the South 3244.51 feet of the following described pro-
perty, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Flo- _
rida, to wit:
A tract of land in Sections 22 and 27, Township 36 South,
Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, bounded on the
South by a line parallel to and ?65 feet Northerly (measured
at right angles) from the South line of said Section 27;
on the North by a line parallel to and 6,323.74 feet North-
erly (measured at right angles) from the South line of said
Section 27; on the West by the waters of the Indian River;
and on the East by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean;
