For a point of beginning start at the NE corner of Lot l, of
Block 4, Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, of
St. Lucie Gardens, according to the plat thereof recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County
and run South on the line 500 feet to the point of beqinning
of the tract conveyed and from thence run West parallel to
the North line of said lot to the right of way of Federal
Highway 1, thence Southeasterly along said right of way a -
sufficient distance to measure 200 feet North and South,
thence East parallel to the North line to the East line of
said Lot l, and thence North 200 feet to the point of beginning
of the tract herein conveyed, except rights of way for roads
and canals.
