TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
LANDMARK VILLAS, INC., has heretofore filed a Declaration
of Condominium in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in Official Record Book 182, page 1323, and has subsequently
amended said Declaration of Condominium as set forth at Official
Record Book 187, page 2794, St. Lucie County, Florida, and as
provided in Paragraph 8 thereof does hereby amend paragraphs 1 and
4 of said Declaration as follows: -
(1) Exhibit "A" attached to the Amended Declaration is further
~ amended by changing the legaZ.description of Parcels 3 through 6 to
; read as set forth in Schedule "A", hereto attached and by reference
I made a part hereof.

! (2) The plot plan described in Paragraph 4 of the Declaration
