by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the gth day of a741y A~. 19 71 , and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the Covnty of S~.' Lucie
State of Fiorida, in O. R. Book 194 Page 105 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PlERCE and assigns, the premises the~ein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of ELEVIIJ TI-DUSAND THREE HLNDRID ~1ND NO~100---
$11, 300.00) DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned•
AND WNEREAS the said -
Vincent R. MeLynden and Willie G. McLynden, his wife
~eyuested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mort-
gage:
