SATISFACTION OF LIEN ~41~22
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisic~ns of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 2nd day of January, 1970 filed a lien
against any property owned LOLA SAUNDERS, ~436 North 17 Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, in the amount of $132.96, said lien being
recorded in OR Book 181 at page 3000 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid and should be discharged
and satisfied of record;
NOW, TE~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
21st day of November, 1972 that said Board does hereby acknowledg~
the payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of record.
