AN ORDI2JANCE ABANDONING ALL OF THAT UTILITY
EASEMENT SITUATED OVER THE WEST TEN FEET
(10') OF LOT 21, IN HLOCK 1 OF BAYSHORE
ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 40, PUpLIC RECORDS OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND`ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE iT ORDAiNED BY THE'CiTY COMMISSiOri oF THE CiTY OF FORT PiERCE, FLORiDA:
SECTION 1. That the following described utility easement is hereby
closed, vacated and abandoned:
All of that utility easement situated within
the west ten feet (10') of Lot 21, Block 1 of .
BAYSHORE ESTATES as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 40, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be and become effective uoon
