corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage give~ by Samuel D.
Steele and Kathleen M. Steele, his wife dated APri1 21 i969 , and recorded
in the publit retords of St. LuCi e County, Florida, in Official Record Book i]6 on page
