To the Honorable Virgil Conkling, Judge of the above Court.

The Petition of EDITH M. GILBERT, respectfully shows:
1. That GEORGE G. GILBERT, a resident of Brevard County, Florida
died intestate in said country and state Qn December 10, 1962 at the age of
70 years. ~
2. That the Petitioner, age ?3 years, is the surviving spouse of said
decederit and her residence address is 686 Hammock Road, R7elbourne Village,
Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida.
3. That the said GEORGE G. GILBERT left no issue or other heirs at la~-
and your Petitioner is entitled to distribution of his entire estate listed below.
4. That at the time of his death GEORGE G. GILBERT was not indeb~ed, i
and no claims have been presented to Petitioner; therefore, ttus estate is
not indebted.

E 5. That a detailed schedule of all of the said decedent's property, consistin~

~ only of the following desci•ibed property is:
~ An undivided one half interest in and to Lots 40, 41, 42 and
~ ~3, Block B, Tropical ~cres S/D as per plat thereof recorded
~ in Plat Book 8, page 20, public records of St. Lucie County, Fla.

of the total value of $1250. 00. i

6. That under the laws of the State of Florida no necessity for the
~ administration of the estate of GEORGE G. GILBERT eaists.

~ WHEREFORE Petitioner prays that this Honorable Court will make and

~ enter its Order that administration of the estate of the said GEORGE G. GIL~Efl ~

° is unnecessary and that such Order may find that the true cash value of his

~ • estate is $1, 250. 00 and adjudge that your Petitioner EDITH 11;. GILBERT is
